The Tanger Outlet Center in Branson is investing $2.6 million on renovations and an expansion that will add new outlet stores to the mid-town shopping destination on Missouri 76.
The new décor includes a paint scheme for the stores including changing the mall’s blue roofs to green and earth tones to blend with the mall’s Ozark Mountain location. A fountain has been built at the center’s main entrance
A 25,000 square foot building provides room for more retailers including Nautica and Nike Factory Store, and the Disney Store Outlet will relocate to the new building.
The expansion is scheduled to open in November in time for the holiday shopping season, said general manager Jamie Whiteis. The Disney Store Outlet is relocating its existing store to the new expansion area.
This spring, the Tanger center welcomed two new stores, Rue 21 and Sag Harbour.
