Celebrate the Holidays in Branson

The city of Branson is filled with holiday celebrations and is beautifully decorated during the Christmas season.  The magic of an Ozark Mountain Christmas is one to explore.  The amazing light displays, spirited shows and fantastic shopping are all great reasons to visit during the holiday season.

The holiday spirit comes alive on the Branson stage.  Fantastic Christmas shows range from Andy Williams and Bobby Vinton to Shoji Tabuchi and Broadway’s Spirit of Christmas.  Classic crooners Andy Williams and Bobby Vinton will serenade you with classic songs of yesteryear and of holiday cheer.  Shoji Tabuchi’s show is a holiday extravaganza filled with dance numbers, music and more!  Broadway’s Spirit of Christmas combines traditional songs with glittering costumes and dancing for a great show for the whole family.

The Branson Area’s Festival of Lights is another way the Branson area adds cheer to the Christmas season.  Everywhere you look, there are decorations and light displays.  The official BAFOL light display is 2.5 miles long and is located in the Branson Hills region.  There is also the Shepherd of the Hills Trail of Lights to explore and Silver Dollar City’s Old Fashioned Christmas.  The SDC park is aglow with lights and decorated with over 100 Christmas trees.   There is also a Christmas parade and Christmas shows to enjoy!

Branson is also a great place to shop for your holiday gifts.  The Tanger Outlet, Branson Landing, Factory Merchants Mall and The Shoppes at Branson Meadows provide a variety of shops for all ages.  There are also unique stores throughout the town where you are sure to find the treasure you’ve been searching for.

The Branson area is the perfect place to create holiday traditions and celebrate the spirit of the season.
